CFW Halloween Havoc! October 31, 2003 Carolina Center / Columbia, SC Announcers: Jim Ross, Jerry "The King" Lawler, and Joey Styles
Cue the music and set off the pyrotechnics…Our announcers welcomed us to a Sold Out Carolina Center, for our first Pay Per View event, Halloween Havoc!
Match #1: Godfather vs. Scott Steiner vs. Rhyno - Big Poppa Pump and Rhyno teamed up to start the match and went after The Godfather. Rhyno gored Godfather and went for the pin until Steiner quickly broke the count. Later in the match, Rhyno laid out both Steiner and The Godfather. After that, he set up two tables in the corner of the ring. He gored The Godfather through one table and then gored Steiner through the other table. Rhyno pulled both men to the middle of the ring and pinned both of them at the same time, to win the match.
Match #2: Ric Flair, Jeff Jarrett, & Lex Luger vs. Sting, Tommy Dreamer, & Buff Bagwell - Before the match, Flair teased about who the Fourth Horseman would be. Jarrett and Sting started the match. During the match, Bagwell suffered a knee injury and had to be helped to the back. Late in the match, Sting was being triple-teamed by the Horsemen. So, Tommy Dreamer entered the ring with a chair and cleared the ring. He and Sting stood side-by-side daring the Horsemen to come back in the ring. Suddenly, Dreamer nailed Sting with a stiff chair shot! Tommy Dreamer was revealed to be the Fourth Horseman! Sting slowly made it back to his feet, when Dreamer nailed him again, and the referee called for the bell, declaring the match a no contest.
Our announcers announced that our next Pay Per View was the Survivor Series! More details would be announced later.
Match #3: Chris Jericho vs. The Undertaker (Flag Match/Casket Match) - The Undertaker dominated the match from the opening bell. Late in the match, Jericho was busted open and bleeding from the forehead. Undertaker whipped Jericho into the corner, but the referee was in the way, and the ref was knocked out. The Undertaker had Jericho set up for the Last Ride, but Jericho floated over and hit Undertaker with a low blow. At that moment, Jericho waved to the entrance ramp and out came X Pac. X Pac hit the ring and gave The Undertaker a Bronco Buster, followed by an X Factor. Jericho dragged Undertaker over to the casket, rolled him in and slammed the door shut. Meanwhile, X Pac revived the referee, who didn't see Undertaker, but saw the casket closed. So, Chris Jericho was declared the winner. After the match, Jericho draped the Canadian Flag over the casket.
Backstage, a furious Shane McMahon arrived at the arena, looking for the CFW Commissioner, Mick Foley. Also backstage, Lex Luger is found unconscious and beaten up. The other Horsemen are nowhere to be seen.
